ORDERING PROCESS

US CUSTOMERS:
To place an order, simply select the 'add to cart' button beneath the item(s) you would like to purchase. The items selected will be added to your paypal cart. Please follow the paypal checkout instructions to complete your order.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Our paypal checkout process is configured for US orders. If you are outside of the US and would like to place an order, please send an email with the items that you would like to purchase to info@frozenempiretoys.com. Please be sure to include your complete ship-to address. We will reply to your email as soon as possible with the breakdown and total for your order as well as paypal payment instructions.

ORDER PAYMENT
All order's are payed for and processed via Paypal.
*** If you do not have a Paypal account, you may still place a secure credit card order via the Paypal site during checkout. ***

ORDER SHIPPING (Domestic - USA)
Most order's within the US are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, which has a general delivery timeframe of 2-3 business days. Shipping charges are based on the dollar amount of your order (see shipping chart below). All in-stock orders ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

In the event that your order exceeds USPS size / weight regulations for oversized parcels, your order will ship via UPS Ground. You would be notified of UPS shipping on your order confirmation and receive a UPS tracking number.

Please note that the shipping charge will be factored into your total at the end of the paypal checkout process.

All New York State Orders will incur a 8.625% sales tax charge

ORDER SHIPPING (International):
All order's shipped outside of the US are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail. This shipping charge will be based on the weight and destination of the order. Please be sure to include your full shipping address when placing your order. We will provide you with the appropriate shipping rate for your Country. International shipment's will ship with all necessary customs documentation forms, including an invoice stating the actual cost of all purchases. All Import duties and taxes are at the expense of the customer. Please refer to your local post office or government agency for information regarding these expenses. Custom forms will be marked as a "gift" at the request of the customer. EMS Shipping (trackable) is also available by request. Please note that we are unable to ship to Indonesia, Malaysia and Nigeria.

PRE-ORDERS
Frozen Empire Toys will occasionally offer item's that have not yet been released for pre-order. We ask that all pre-ordered items are paid for in full. All pre-order's will ship within 24 hours of the item's arrival at our location. Customer's will receive an email notifying them of the shipping of the pre-ordered item on the day that it ships. To avoid any potential shipping delays, we ask that all pre-orders are ordered seperately from any in-stock item orders.

RETURN POLICY
Due to the limited nature of the majority of the products that we stock, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. Should you ever have any particular questions or concern's about a product, please contact us prior to purchasing the item. We will do our absolute best to get back to you as soon as possible.

DAMAGES RETURN POLICY
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective item (missing or broken parts), we will gladly replace the item for you with the same non-damaged item. Please note that the packaging/box for each item does not fall into the real of consideration for damages and unfortunately cannot be replaced. Damaged items must be reported to us by email within 10 days of the original shipping date in order to qualify for the aforementioned exchange. Returns must be in/with all of their original packaging. If you have any questions / concerns regarding this policy, please email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
